Waterstone Design are currently assisting Prime Place Developments achieve planning for approximately 690 residential units and approximately 80,000ft² of office with café and gym. Waterstone Design are instructed to prepare a detailed Energy Strategy Sample SAP's, SBEM, BREEAM calculations and reports to assist with the Planning process, along with a sustainability and carbon reduction strategy to form part of the planning application.
