Implementing sustainable engineering into services design is a complex matter. As experts in this field, we can provide energy reports for planning purposes, and we can advise on how our engineering solutions can help meet planning conditions for a fixed percentage of renewable energy or reduction in carbon emissions. We can carry out the calculations required to work out the particular requirements on a project by project basis, allowing Waterstone Design to implement the recommendations in the detailed services design.
To further extend our abilities as a design specialist, we have chosen to partner with an external company who offer full and pre-assessments for Code for Sustainable Homes.
Our partnership allows us to offer a single service which encompasses all elements of sustainability and delivers recommendations which can actually be implemented during the latter stages of the project; a quality which we believe is all too rare in our industry.
