Redrow London have appointed Waterstone Design to provide the sire wide incoming services for this development which consists of 1,093 units within Phase 1, and 1,160 units within Phase 2, with a further 647 units within later Phases. Our first involvement was after the first four blocks of the scheme had been designed (blocks R, S, T and U).

We have subsequently designed (in chronological order) Blocks L, N , P, Q, H, J, J, M, B.

 

We have also assisted Redrow in the submission of their detailed planning submissions for Block E, F, G, A, B, C and D. Also, we are assisting with the development of the current Master Plan to increase the scheme from 2900 units to approximately 4000 units, so are providing assistance with energy strategies, plant space provisions, and infrastructure advise.
