Waterstone Design is appointed by Barratt London on this residential scheme comprised of 1082 units across 17 blocks, with a project team of 12 providing a full mechanical and electrical services design from RIBA Stage 1 through 6.

 

The scheme also features an NHS hub and Gym, and will be largely designed in accordance with Future Homes 2025 with a series of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) plant rooms located around the site.
