CAD Technician
Do you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the design of Building Services for residential and corporate buildings?
The main responsibilities of the role include assisting in the overall preparation and execution of detailed mechanical, electrical and public health design and co-ordination within CAD.
The CAD Technician will be responsible for the drawing delivery of small schemes from start to finish and duties would typically involve the following:

Adhering to and contributing towards Maintaining & Continual Improvement of CAD Standards for the company

Liaising with external and internal project teams throughout the collaborative design process to ensure on time delivery of schemes
-
Production of 2D drawings
-
Assisting & working alongside M&E Engineers in the running & completion of larger schemes.

Revit Coordinator

The Revit Coordinator will be responsible for the drawing delivery of small schemes from start to finish and duties would typically involve the following:

Adhering to and contributing towards Maintaining & Continual Improvement of Revit Standards for the company

Liaising with external and internal project teams throughout the collaborative design process to ensure on time delivery of schemes
-
Production of 2D drawings taken directly from a 3D Revit model.

Assisting & working alongside Senior BIM Coordinators in the running & completion of larger schemes.

Senior Revit Coordinator
Do you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the design of Building Services for residential and corporate buildings?
The main responsibilities of the role include taking the lead in the overall preparation and execution of detailed mechanical, electrical and public health design and co-ordination within Revit.
The Senior Revit Coordinator will be fully competent in delivering all drawing aspects with a broad understanding of all MEP services, able to provide layouts with little or no input from the engineering team with proven delivery of large scale schemes plus exposure to the following:

Adhering to & contributing towards Maintaining & Continual Improvement of Revit Standards for the company.

Liaising with external and internal project teams throughout the collaborative design. process to ensure on time delivery of schemes.

Production of 2D drawings taken directly from a 3D Revit model.

Working with and guiding Revit Coordinators & Technicians.
-
Assisting BIM Manager in QA of drawings being produced.
-
Provide training and support to junior / trainee members of the department.
