Waterstone Design are appointed by Barratt London on this multi-use development which consists of 223 apartments and 2 commercial spaces within 4 cores making up Block L of the Kodak HVE Development.  Our scope included a full mechanical, electrical and public health design of the residential and estates areas, along with shell and core design for the commercial units.
