Waterstone Design is appointed on this 49-unit care home scheme for Engie Regeneration on behalf of Eldon Homes and Keepmoat.

 

We are currently providing the full mechanical and electrical design for the mixed tenure scheme which includes private for dale units and incorporates design that addresses Alzheimer and Dementia issues.
