Waterstone Design is appointed on this multi-use development consisting of the creation of 345 new apartments within buildings up to 6 storeys high, with an additional 10 townhouses arranged around a Mews Court at the centre of the development.

 

The scheme also includes 400m² of commercial and retail spaces on the ground floor of a 6 storey apartment building. We are appointed to provided the full mechanical and electrical services design to this phase of the scheme.
